Definition of Franchise Partner
A Franchise Partner is an individual or entity officially authorized by Friss India Trade LLP to promote, operate, distribute, or manage Friss India services, business models, programs, and commercial offerings within a defined geographical or digital scope.
Franchise partners may operate in the following formats:

• District Franchise
• State Franchise
• Master Franchise
• Area Development Franchise
• Digital Franchise / Online Franchise
• Independent Sales Franchise
• Institutional Franchise Partner
Friss India Trade LLP reserves the right to introduce additional franchise categories in the future.
Franchise Business Scope
Franchise partners may participate in the following business activities subject to company approval:

If performance remains consistently below expectations, the company may take corrective actions including:
