• Buyers must provide accurate shipping details.
• Orders once placed cannot be canceled unless permitted by the seller’s return policy.
• In case of disputes, buyers may contact our customer support for resolution.

5. Payments & Fees

• Friss India processes payments securely through authorized payment gateways.
• Sellers will receive payouts as per the agreed payment cycle.
• Any applicable taxes will be borne by the respective parties.

6. Shipping & Delivery

• Sellers are responsible for timely dispatch and tracking of orders.
• Delays due to unforeseen circumstances will be communicated to buyers.
• International shipping must comply with destination country regulations.

7. Return & Refund Policy

• Buyers can request a return or refund based on the seller’s policy.
• Sellers must adhere to return policies outlined by Friss India.
• Refunds will be processed after quality checks and confirmation from the seller.

8. Prohibited Activities

• Fraudulent activities, including misrepresentation of products or services.
• Use of bots, scripts, or automation to manipulate the platform.
• Posting harmful, offensive, or illegal content.
• Breach of intellectual property rights.

9. Intellectual Property

• All content, trademarks, logos, and brand assets on Friss India are protected.
• Users may not use or reproduce any content without written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

• Friss India is not liable for losses arising from seller-buyer transactions.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free services.
• Users agree to indemnify Friss India against any claims or damages.

11. Dispute Resolution

• Disputes should first be reported to our customer service team.
• Unresolved disputes may be settled through arbitration in Mumbai, India.
