2. Non-Refundable Setup Fee: The one-time setup amount of ₹10,000 (or equivalent currency) is strictly non-refundable under all conditions once processed.
3. Tax Clause: Prices shown are exclusive of taxes. Indian buyers are subject to an 18% GST as per government regulations.
4. Territory Lock Compliance: Territory lock is subject to availability and company discretion (Max 3-5 pincodes per city layout).
