Position Overview:
We are seeking a self-starter and a proven hustler to join our leadership team as Assistant Vice President. This role is ideal for someone with a solid track record in driving business, managing teams, and building scalable operations in the Retail, eCommerce, or B2B sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business growth and expansion in key categories and geographies
- Develop and execute strategic plans for sales, operations, and partner onboarding
- Lead cross-functional teams across sales, marketing, and service delivery
- Identify and close partnership opportunities to scale the business
- Take ownership of revenue targets and operational KPIs
- Work closely with top management to design and implement business policies
- Provide actionable market insights and competitor intelligence
Requirements:
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in Retail, eCommerce, or B2B sector
- Proven track record of business growth and leadership in a high-paced environment
- Strong understanding of marketplace dynamics and customer behavior
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills
- Ability to think strategically and execute operationally
- MBA or equivalent qualification is preferred
