1. Shipping Locations
Friss India offers nationwide shipping across India and international shipping to select countries, including the USA, UK, Canada, Dubai, Qatar, and Bahrain. Our delivery network ensures a seamless shopping experience for both domestic and global customers.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 24-48 hours of confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.
  • Customized or made-to-order products may take additional processing time, which will be mentioned on the product page.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Domestic Orders: Standard shipping charges apply as per the product category, weight, and delivery location. Free shipping may be available on select products.
  • International Orders: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and shipping method.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Within India: Standard delivery takes 3-7 business days, depending on location.
  • International Shipping: Delivery time varies from 7-21 business days, subject to customs clearance.
  • Remote or out-of-service areas may require additional time for delivery.

5. Order Tracking
Customers will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS once the order is shipped. Real-time tracking is available on our website under the ‘Track Order’ section.

6. Delivery Partners
Friss India partners with leading logistics providers, including Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, FedEx, and DHL, to ensure safe and timely delivery of products.

7. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available for select locations within India.
  • A nominal COD fee may be applicable, depending on the order value.
  • Customers are required to make full payment at the time of delivery.

8. Failed Delivery Attempts

  • If the customer is unavailable during the delivery, our courier partner will make up to three attempts before returning the order.
  • Customers are requested to provide accurate delivery details to avoid delays.

9. International Shipping and Customs

  • Customs duties, taxes, and import charges (if applicable) are the responsibility of the recipient.
  • Delays due to customs clearance are beyond Friss India’s control.

10. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • If a shipment is lost in transit, Friss India will initiate an investigation with the courier service.
  • If a product is received in a damaged condition, customers must report it within 48 hours with supporting images for a replacement or refund.
