Definitions

• “Seller” refers to any individual or entity listing products or services for sale on the Portal.
• “Buyer” refers to any individual or entity purchasing products or services through the Portal.
• “Company” refers to Friscone Fitnessopc Pvt Ltd, registered at Hadapsar, Pune, Maharashtra.
• “GST Number” refers to the company’s registered GST No: 27AADCF4737B1ZW.

Registration and Account

1. Users (Sellers and Buyers) must register with accurate details to use the Portal’s services Terms & Conditions.
2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and activities conducted under your account.

Seller Obligations

1. Sellers must ensure the authenticity, quality, and legality of the products and services listed on the Portal.
2. Sellers must comply with all applicable laws, including the Goods and Services Tax (GST) laws of India.
3. Sellers agree to provide accurate product descriptions, pricing, and delivery timelines.
4. The Company reserves the right to suspend or remove listings that violate these Terms or applicable laws.

Buyer Obligations

1. Buyers must provide accurate shipping and contact information for successful transactions.
2. Buyers agree to make payments as per the payment terms outlined on the Portal.
3. Buyers must report any issues with products or services within 7 days of receipt.

Payments

1. All payments for transactions on the Portal will be processed through secure payment gateways.
2. The Company is not responsible for payment failures or delays caused by third-party payment providers.

Shipping and Delivery

1. Sellers are responsible for shipping products to Buyers within the timelines specified during the transaction.
2. Buyers will be notified with tracking details once the product is shipped.
3. Delays or losses caused by third-party logistics providers are not the responsibility of the Company.

Returns and Refunds

1. Sellers must clearly specify their return and refund policies in their product listings.
2. Buyers can initiate a return or refund request as per the Seller’s policy.
3. The Company will facilitate communication between Buyers and Sellers but is not liable for disputes.

Intellectual Property

1. All content on the Portal, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of Friscone Fitnessopc Pvt Ltd.
2. Unauthorized use or reproduction of any content from the Portal is strictly prohibited.

Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

1. Use the Portal for illegal activities or to sell prohibited items.
2. Misrepresent themselves or engage in fraudulent activities.
3. Interfere with the Portal’s functionality or security.

Limitation of Liability

1. The Company acts as a facilitator and is not directly responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of the products or services listed by Sellers.
2. The Company shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Portal.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Maharashtra, India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.

Modifications to Terms and Conditions
