Purpose of the Policy

This Vendor Commission Policy defines the commission structure applicable to all vendors, sellers, partners, service providers, and business participants who conduct transactions through the platform operated by Friss India Trade LLP.

The purpose of this policy is to maintain transparency in revenue sharing and to ensure a fair and sustainable marketplace environment for all vendors using the Friss India platform.

Commission Rate

Friss India Trade LLP charges a standard platform commission of 3% (Three Percent) on every successful transaction completed through the platform.

This commission is applicable on the gross transaction value processed through the platform unless otherwise stated.

The commission will be automatically deducted from the total transaction value before settlement to the vendor.

Applicability of Commission

The 3% platform commission applies to all revenue-generating activities conducted through the Friss India platform including but not limited to:

• Product sales
• Service bookings
• Vendor marketplace transactions
• Franchise-related transactions conducted through the platform
• Digital or physical product sales
• Promotional service listings
• Any commercial activity facilitated through Friss India

Friss India Trade LLP reserves the right to determine which transactions fall under the commission structure.

Commission Deduction Process

The commission will be deducted automatically at the time of settlement.

The vendor will receive the remaining amount after:

• Deduction of the 3% platform commission
• Applicable taxes if required
• Payment gateway charges (if applicable)
• Refund adjustments (if applicable)

Friss India Trade LLP may partner with third-party payment gateways to process transactions.

Settlement Cycle

Vendor payouts will be processed according to the platform’s internal settlement cycle.

Settlement timelines may depend on:

• Successful payment confirmation
• Completion of service or order delivery
• Expiry of refund or dispute window
• Verification of transaction authenticity

Friss India Trade LLP reserves the right to delay settlement if:

• Fraudulent activity is suspected
• Customer complaints are under review
• Transaction verification is required
• Vendor policy violations are detected

Refund and Cancellation Impact

If a transaction is cancelled or refunded:

• The vendor payout may be reversed or adjusted
• Commission calculations may be revised
• Settlement amounts may be deducted from future payouts if required

Friss India Trade LLP reserves the right to manage refund-related adjustments to protect the integrity of the platform.

Fraud Prevention and Compliance

To maintain platform integrity, Friss India Trade LLP actively monitors transactions for suspicious or fraudulent activities.

If any vendor is found involved in:

• Fake transactions
• Self-generated orders
• Manipulated sales records
• Payment misuse
• Fraudulent activities

Friss India Trade LLP reserves the right to:

• Suspend vendor accounts
• Withhold payments
• Cancel vendor access to the platform
• Take legal action if required

Commission Revisions

Friss India Trade LLP reserves the right to revise the commission percentage at any time based on:

• Platform operational requirements
• Market conditions
• Vendor program updates
• Business model changes

Any updates to the commission structure will be communicated through official platform channels.

Vendor Acceptance

By registering as a vendor or conducting transactions through the Friss India platform, the vendor acknowledges that they:

• Have read this Vendor Commission Policy
• Understand the 3% commission structure
• Agree to comply with all commission deductions and settlement processes

Limitation of Liability

Friss India Trade LLP operates as a digital platform connecting vendors and customers.

The platform shall not be held responsible for:

• Vendor product quality
• Service delivery failures
• Vendor-customer disputes
• Financial losses arising from vendor operations

Vendors remain fully responsible for their independent business activities.

Friss India Trade LLP reserves the right to update, modify, or revise this Vendor Commission Policy at any time.
