Role Overview:
This is a high-impact, individual contributor (IC) leadership role where you will work directly with the Founder & CEO. Your primary objective is simple yet demanding: Generate business from Day 1, drive strategic partnerships, and secure revenue growth across Pan-India markets. This role is designed for aggressive closers who think like business owners, solve complex problems independently, and operate with absolute speed.
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:
1. Franchise & Ecosystem Expansion (High-Ticket Sales)
Identify, pitch, and close premium franchise investors for Friss India Home Franchise models and strategic cluster deals.
Drive regional penetration for the Partner Seva Kendra (PSK) Elite model by creating localized market urgency (Territory Locking Strategy).
Utilize our in-house FinTech EMI models to minimize transaction friction and accelerate client closing cycles.
2. B2B Merchant & Educational Institution Onboarding
Target, pitch, and scale strategic tie-ups with Private Coaching Institutes, Home Tutors, and MSME vendors for platform onboarding.
Articulate value propositions clearly, transforming institutional challenges into active revenue funnels for Friss India.
3. Strategic Alliances & Lead Conversion
Build independent lead pipelines using advanced digital discovery channels and network mapping.
Own the entire sales lifecycle: from initial cold outreach to presentation, corporate negotiation, and financial closure.
Convert abstract market opportunities into structured commercial contracts with zero hand-holding.
