Friss Zero is looking for a high-performance, self-starting enterprise business builder who can take complete ownership of revenue generation and start creating business from Day 1.
Your job is simple: Find opportunities. Open doors. Build relationships. Identify solutions. Generate business. Close deals. Grow revenue. You will work directly with the CEO and independently own your business mandate across India, GCC and Europe, with India as the primary revenue-growth market. This is a lean-team, high-ownership role. We are not looking for quantity of employees—we are looking for exceptional quality and measurable results.
Who We Are Looking For
- 10+ years of professional experience
- Proven track record of generating and closing enterprise business
- Strong existing relationships with CXOs, founders, promoters and senior corporate decision-makers
- Demonstrable ability to generate business from scratch, not just manage an existing pipeline
- Strong understanding of the Indian enterprise market, with valuable relationships/network across GCC and Europe
- Commercially sharp with excellent negotiation, persuasion and deal-closing ability
- A true self-starter who does not wait for instructions
- Takes complete ownership from opportunity to closure
- Solution-oriented: finds ways to solve problems rather than creating complications
- Tech-friendly and AI-friendly, with the ability to understand new technology and convert it into business opportunities
- Outstanding communication, presentation and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
- Willing to travel internationally whenever business requires

Selection Process 30-Minute Online Assessment Every shortlisted candidate will complete a 30-minute online assessment. 70% is the minimum qualifying score. Candidates scoring 70% or above will be eligible for the next round. Friss India’s assessment uses an anti-cheat model designed to make cheating extremely difficult.
