As we expand our footprint, we are seeking dynamic and results-driven City Managers to lead operations in Ahmedabad & Bangalore.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a self-starter with a proven track record in operations, sales, or marketplace management to oversee and drive business growth in the assigned city. The City Manager will be responsible for managing local partnerships, supply chain efficiency, vendor relations, customer experience, and revenue growth while ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Growth & Revenue Management:

– Develop and execute strategies to increase marketplace adoption (both buyers & sellers).

– Drive sales, customer acquisition, and retention in the assigned city.

– Monitor KPIs (GMV, order volume, customer satisfaction) and implement corrective actions.

Vendor & Partner Management:

– Onboard, train, and manage local sellers, suppliers, and logistics partners.

– Ensure high service levels, inventory availability, and competitive pricing.

Supply Chain & Operations:

– Optimize last-mile delivery, reduce fulfillment costs, and improve turnaround time.

– Resolve operational bottlenecks and ensure smooth order processing.

Customer Experience & Market Expansion:

– Address customer grievances and maintain high service standards.

– Identify new business opportunities and untapped markets within the city.

Team Leadership & Stakeholder Coordination:

– Lead a local team (sales, operations, support) and ensure productivity.

– Collaborate with HQ teams (marketing, tech, finance) to align city-level goals.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

– 3+ years of experience in eCommerce, operations, sales, or marketplace management.

– Strong business acumen with a proven track record of driving growth.

– Excellent negotiation, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

– Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics tools.
